[Highland Park] Animal Rescue League needs foster homes

We are in the depths of kitten season and the Animal Rescue League is absolutely desperate for foster homes. There are kittens who need to grow a little, mama cats who need a safe place to raise their babies, adult cats who have colds and need a course of antibiotics. Placements can range from a week or two to a couple months. Please please if you have a spare room or a bathroom and a little love in your heart, consider providing a temporary home for an animal. [Highland Park] Summer Therapeutic Groups At Highland Park Union Project!

Hello Neighbors, My name is Sarah Faulx and this summer I will be hosting summer therapeutic groups for children between the ages of 6-11. During the school year I am a school social worker in the South Hills of Pittsburgh. Groups will be held on Monday's at the Union Project in Highland Park and will provide a five session program, costing $10 per session. This is an opportunity for children to have consistency over the summer break and to provide a bridge for individuals that participate in groups during the school year or that may benefit from peers support in a therapeutic group.
