1 Bedroom in a 3 bedroom duplex by the park available May through the end of August. My roommate will be taking an internship out of town for the summer and is looking to sublet her room, preferably furnished. Rent is $450, plus gas, electric and cable internet. The house would be shared by me, a 30 yr old female young professional and my large friendly dog. The apartment is bright, charming and includes a living room, dining room, kitchen, 1 bathroom, basement storage and a guest room. The neighborhood is safe, on the bus line, and surrounded by friendly neighbors. We are looking for someone who ideally is a non-smoking student or young professional as well, laid back, respectful of the shared space, the dog (must love dogs!) and me as a roommate. We have gone twice now and had a wonderful experience. I just wanted to spread the word for the owner, Tracy, is a talented hairstylist, kind and has reasonable prices. I paid $20 for my two daughters. Plus, it's 5 minutes from HP and the parking is not a hassle.

The first one is a crate and barrel chair for 45, it has a slip cover that you can remove. But the chair is in good shape. In the second picture the chair is from pier one--25 and the slide is 45.
