Hi! We are looking at switching cell carriers from Verizon, which gets great coverage in this area, to T-Mobile (for a variety of reasons.) Do folks have any experience with how the coverage works on T-Mobile? Can you get calls in your house? We live near Heths Park behind St. Rafaels, but would appreciate any feedback. Hi, My son lost his watch at the Farmhouse this weekend. It is broken with a homemade velcro band, but he loves it. He thinks he took it off in the tunnel on the playground. Hello! I have an opening for part-time nanny work this summer. I currently work as a nanny for three families in the area (children are ages 10 months, 14 months, 4 years, and 2 year old twins!) One family will be out of town all summer, so I will be available from June-August on Mondays, Thursdays & Fridays. (Tuesdays & Wednesdays are a possibility if necessary.) I am reliable and caring with a passion for creating a fun, nurturing and educational environment for little ones of all ages. I have a lot of childcare experience and excellent references from local families. Below you'll find a more detailed description of myself and my experience and abilities. Feel free to pass this along to anyone who may be interested! I'm 31 years old, with no children of my own, and I live nearby in Lawrenceville. I am extremely responsible, patient and caring. I know that when caring for children a "can do" attitude is a must! I definitely bring a positive, upbeat attitude to work every day. I have worked with children of all ages and I understand all aspects of development. I consider my toddler age care to be a strength of mine. I actively engage them in creative play, making learning fun. Lots of reading, songs, letters/numbers/vocabulary, art, blocks, nature walks, and simple projects are what your toddler can expect with me! For infants and babies: soothing techniques, tummy time, transitions from breast to bottle/bottle to solid food, and gentle stimulation with reading, music, and touch. With school age children I actively engage in whatever it is they are "into", while encouraging them to try new things. Crafts, sports, reading, dramatic play, obstacle courses, baking and science experiments are the types of activities I encourage to make the summer fun and interesting. I work with the parents to implement the techniques they are using, ensuring consistency for the whole family. I am able to safely transport up to three children to activities, etc. I would be happy to add some housekeeping and cooking to my responsibilities as well.
