Hello neighbors, I am selling my 2000, Toyota Sienna XLE van, top of the line in 2000. It has 73,000 miles, has always been scrupulously maintained and garaged. it has an automatic sliding door, 6 CD player, sliding sunroof, roof rack and leather interior and seats. It has spent the past 9 years on the West coast. It is used but in excellent condition, almost perfect if it were not for some scratches on the bumper. It has the" towing package". It handles very well and is a joy to drive. However the back seats are very heavy to take out for more cargo space for our weekly trip to the Home Depot and our old backs can't take this chore any longer. It will go on Craig's list tomorrow. Hello again Neighbors, We are still looking for a home in Morningside or Highland Park. We currently rent here on Portland Street and would love to make this area our permanent home. Some of you got back to us about homes on the market and it was very helpful! I know much of what will come on the market will be out of our price range, but please let us know if you or your neighbors are putting their houses up for sale. There is not much on the market yet, so we would love to have the inside scoop! We have a great agent, but we need a great house! We are looking for a three bedroom with a nice backyard for our dog to play in. This will be our first home and we would love to make it in the best neighborhood in the city. Thanks, Sarah and Greg

Thanks Neighborhood for sharing your recommendations. Here is what I received: - Check out Allegheny Fence in Verona -- they did a terrific job for me! - we used allegheny fence approx 5 years ago -- not cheap, but they did a very nice job. - I have used Allegheny Fence (2006)--- solid, no complaints. I liked the fence style better than the DIY fences from Home Depot. The Allegheny Fence wood seem to be of better quality. - I used North American Fence in Cheswick on 2 different occasions and was very satisfied. Best price as well. www.nafence.com/ - We have had good experiences with North American Fencing - I think they are located in Cheswick. Let me know if you would like to see our fence. - DT Contracting & Finishing 412-853-0791 - I had affordable fence company from wexford install my wood fence about 20 years ago. Still sturdy as ever and hinges and all hardware still working perfectly. I hope they're still in business - I'd use them again if I needed a fence.
