[Highland Park] Verizon Fios TV troubles

Hello neighbors, Is anyone having problems with their TV? Ours is shutting down and coming back on continuously. This occurred several weeks ago then disappeared and now it is back. A Verizon technician changed some cables and it worked for a day, but now is back again. I am asking because I mentioned this to a friend and they said the same thing is happening to their TVs. They are also a Verizon customer. Verizon has been to their house 3 times with no success. It takes an hour+ to get through to Verizon tech service. It is not the TV since it will play a DVD with no interruption. Any ideas? Thank you Lynn Raith
