Computer desk and antique sofa. Great computer desk with pull out keyboard shelf and plenty of storage areas ($25). Sofa was my mother-in law's and was recovered in a Robert Allen fabric. There are two arm covers and zippered pillow covers. Carved oak legs and base. This is extremely heavy and made in the day when furniture was made with real wood. Sofa is $200 obo. [Highland Park] Witness to a hit-and-run accident on Baum Blvd this evening

Hello everyone: This is probably a shot in the dark, but I figured I'd give it a try. I was a witness to a hit-and-run accident this evening (tuesday) at approx 8:10 pm at the corner of Baum Blvd and Morewood avenue. I watched as a male driver hit into the bumper of a female driver, and as she tried to pull over, he sped off down Baum blvd attempting to flee. The female driver who was hit tried to speed up after the driver, and I tried to follow her, but could not catch up to her to give her my information. If anyone knows this woman, please forward her my information, as I witnessed this whole thing and am happy to help. I have the license plate and a description of the male driver. I did phone the police, but since the woman who was hit hadn't called yet, there wasn't much they could do. thanks, Anna Montano
