[Highland Park] New Cardio-Strength Course at the Nuin Center

Ivan White, owner of Synergy Fitness by Ivan, will be conducting Cardio-Strength group exercise classes at the Nuin Center (5655 Bryant Street) beginning January 7th! If you're looking for a cardiovascular challenge that will strengthen your heart and lungs while toning muscle and melting fat, show up for this Cardio-Strength class and get ready to work! Classes will be held Mondays and Wednesdays beginning January 7th, 9:30am-10:30am for 12 weeks. Can't make a morning class? Ivan will also be holding a Metabolic Conditioning course at Silverio-Hoffman Fitness in Squirrel Hill (6514 Wilkins Avenue) on Tuesday and Thursday evenings beginning January 8th for 12 weeks! I am a teacher at Dilworth on Stanton Ave. I am currently teaching a class called Games of Chance and Probability where students learn the principles of game making in order to create their own games. I am in search of some board games that could be possibly handed off to us that you might no longer use. Hey neighbors! We frequently have folks on the list asking for painter recommendations. I want to offer up the name and number of my painter: Adam Solinas, 412-841-3952. We are prepping our house to sell, and Adam has done an excellent job on the eight rooms that I needed to have repainted. He has also painted other interior parts of my house, including a complicated stairway, in the past, and i just hired him to do the exterior trim. Adam is neat (always cleans up the area well after his work day), time efficient, reasonably priced, a good communicator, courteous, and pleasant to have in my house.
