Hey neighbors! We frequently have folks on the list asking for painter recommendations. I want to offer up the name and number of my painter: Adam Solinas, 412-841-3952. We are prepping our house to sell, and Adam has done an excellent job on the eight rooms that I needed to have repainted. He has also painted other interior parts of my house, including a complicated stairway, in the past, and i just hired him to do the exterior trim. Adam is neat (always cleans up the area well after his work day), time efficient, reasonably priced, a good communicator, courteous, and pleasant to have in my house.
