Cookies are $4/box and 70 cents per box goes to the seller's Troop. There are at least 4 Girl Scout Troops represented in Highland Park. [Highland Park] Light Yellow 30" GE Gas Stove - $50

Hi Neighbors, I have an older working 30" GE gas stove. There's one issue with the stove, the latch for the oven doesn't work and there are no replacement parts available. This means that you need to use a knife, screwdriver or whatever to open the oven. It also means that the auto clean doesn't work. Other than that, it's a good stove. [Highland Park] Save a CHILD

Hello, HPers! As I did last year, I will be taking the PLUNGE into the Monongahela River on New Years' Day. Why, you ask? Last year, on a lark, I was able to raise over $1600 for Jeremiah's Place (www.jeremiahsplace.org) in less than four days, partially with help from some of you great HPers! This year, it's even more exciting: our renovation is almost complete in the Kingsley Association building, and our hope is to open our doors to children and families in crisis mid- to late January. My personal goal for this year is $2500. I have also managed in inspire (or coerce) 5 additional folks to take the plunge. Each of them have set personal goals as well, and our group total goal is somewhere around $10,000. Please consider a donation. You can make it in honor or memory of someone as well. All donations are 100% tax-deductible. If you send a check, make it payable to Jeremiah's Place and put a note in the memo that says "Rachel -Plunge" so that we can keep track of our personal and group goals. Hi Neighbors, We recently requested information and recommendations for a plumber on the list serve..., We received several responses, and have used several plumbers over the last 2 month as we are updating all the baths in our home. We discover Al after we had started several projects. Al Huntermark, a master plumber, from Morning Side recently retired from a major organization and has started his own plumbing business. If you're seeking furniture for a workshop, playroom, basement, etc, look no further. We are getting rid of a cream/blue armchair with a matching ottoman and a blue couch that are still functional but nearing the end of their useful decorative lives! Free to a good home, you must pick up. Comes from a non-smoking home with two cats. Visible rips in the seams of all pieces. One leg of couch has been replaced with 2x4.
