[Highland Park] Tile & design recommendation!!

Greetings-- We had major kitchen renovation work done this past Spring/Summer, and were disappointed with some of the work done, a whole other story. So, a couple of weeks ago, we bit the bullet and had our newish, uneven, misaligned "new" tile backsplash replaced by Paul Ferraro, FM Design. He and his design partner, Kathy Streiff, made the "ordeal" easy. They do a lot of work for Splash in Cranberry, live in Highland Park. I emailed Kathy photos of the kitchen counters/then-backsplash; she came by with samples of what she thought would work--we easily zeroed in on one, a nice and simple decision. Paul did the replacement/installation in under 3 days, including truly (finally!) evening out the walls, installing the new tile, working so the only-last-summer-installed new wallpaper remained unblemished. All in all a terrific couple to work with, a terrific job. So--HIGHLY recommend them!! We are planning 2 more jobs/projects together. You can contact Paul/Kathy/FM design at 412-563-1563. Avram

I am selling Pioneer VSX-815K AV Receiver in excellent condition. It is a 7.1 system but can handle traditional 5.1 as well. This is a fantastic receiver and it also includes the original box, remote, all packaging and accessories. This model features Auto MCACC, it is a feature that comes with a microphone that you place in your desired seat. The receiver will then play a series of sounds through all of the various speakers to calibrate the correct levels. It has inputs/outputs for RCA, Optical, Coax, HD (component), FM/AM antenna, Subwoofers, S-Video, and more. Speaker outputs support banana plugs too. I locked my keys in my trunk and AAA could not get it. It is a 2011 Honda Accord EXL coupe. Anyone have any info as to why or did I not get a good team? Hi neighbors, I am selling a Dyson DC33 vacuum with combination tool and stair tool. It works like a charm and is easy to use, take apart, clean, and reassemble. It is in great condition and has only been used occasionally for the past few months (2-3 times/month, at most). The filter was recently cleaned, too. The vacuum was originally purchased as a refurbished product from the Dyson website in late spring/early summer of this year. However it was just registered a few weeks ago so the 6-month warranty Dyson carries on its refurbished products has almost all 6 months of it left! It's probably easy to change the name the vacuum is registered under with a quick email, too. Pictures available upon request. Asking $280 OBO.
