Hi ListServ, I recently had a change of holiday plans, and can no longer travel to see family for Thanksgiving. Since I am free on Thanksgiving, I am wondering if anyone knows of any homeless shelters or soup kitchens in the area that are in need of extra help. I realize that maybe these types of places get inundated with volunteers on holidays, so I am really just looking for a place that will actually need help. Thank you! Patricia Porter
