Hi! When we were out for a walk the other day (I believe it was on Hampton), we found a brand-new badge for a Mr. Herbert Hall from Prestige Delivery Systems. The badge date was 7/16/12, and we found it on 7/20. Anyway, we called the number on the back and got no answer, so we mailed it to the address on the back. Today, it came back to us via Return to Sender, Address Unknown (No Such Number, Unable to Forward). We find this perplexing. So, if you: 1) Know who this is and can help me to return it or 2) Had a delivery from this organization and may give me a tip on how to return it or 3) Have some sort of proof that this was a joint-casing scam, complete with fake id cards then I would love to hear from you!
