I have two long ones (I think they're 74" long) and one short one (43" long). $35 for all three. 3-sided folding ladder-esque candle holder in black metal. Holds 15 tealights. [Highland Park] Found Black Miniature Poodle

I work at the Western Pennsylvania Humane Society on the North Side. A small black dog (poss miniature poodle) was surrendered to the shelter the other day by a woman who found him somewhere in Highland Park. Unfortunately, he is in extremely bad shape and will have to be put down on Wednesday (8/8/12) to avoid additional suffering. There is a picture of him on the website (wpahumane.org) He is listed as a stray dog. If you are the owner and would like to retrieve the body please contact the shelter at 412-321-4625.

[Highland Park] Another one of my foster cats needs a home

I know it's kitten season and the shelters are full of cute little bundles of joy, but I wanted to put out another call for Kaiser, whom I've had in foster for several months now. She was brought to Animal Friends by the humane agents, a victim of neglect. Because she was never around loving humans she is understandably shy. She has worked really hard at learning to trust while she has been here. She started out scared of any contact but now likes attention and will approach me for gentle scratches. She gets along well with other cats and has made friends with a few of mine. She has immaculate litter box habits and enjoys the cat teaser. Please consider giving this little girl a chance. It is an Animal Friends adoption and I plan on sponsoring her so there will be no cost. Email me if you would like to meet her.
