I have a box of 2T boys summer clothing that is in good condition, washed and comes from a smoke free home. The box has over fifty items including shorts tanks tees polo shirts, summer long pants pajamas, vests, dress shirts, etc. They are from retailers like Talbots, Le Top, Gymboree, Old Navy, etc. I am asking $30.00 cash I also have 5 boys summer shoes/sandals size 7 and 7.5 all in good condition. Asking 15.00 cash Also a box of 2T fall/winter clothes for a boy from retailer like Gap, Children's Place, Old Navy. There are 9 pants,10 turtlenecks, 9 pajamas, 5 sweats, 9 crew neck long sleeve shirts, 4 dress shirts, 2 jumpers, vest, blue sweater, tan jacket, snow pants and hat. This is a great deal all for $45.00 I also have an LLbean lined winter coat that 's 2T with winter boots, hat and gloves that match for $30.00 cash There are more winter outfits sets also . I have a light blue Sherpani backpack in excellent condition. It's like new. They retail at $169 before tax and ebay sell them for $99. I am asking $80.00. This is a lightweight baby carrier and fantastic for hiking. It is rated to carry up to 50 lbs. Once again....you cant be lax for a second!!!! My neighbor and I were doing weeding all afternoon and went in about 6:00. I left my garage door open(never do ) as I was going in to shower and go back out for dinner. I came out around 6:30 to find my car had been ransacked! My garage is detached behind the house -saw my neighbor at the end of the alleyway and he said that someone had walked into his neighbor's house and took his cell phone from a table -around the same time! Unbelievable that this is happening in broad daylight ! How bold and stupid! Keep eyes and ears open.......and attend the Block Watch meeting!

Dear neighbors, I will be hosting a PhD student from Italy in my lab at Pitt for the next 6 months. As luck would have it, she arrives tomorrow and her planned housing situation has fallen through at the last minute. So I'm turning to you for some assistance in trying to find an alternate solution for her. Ideally, she can pay about $600/mo in rent, and it would be great if we could find something furnished.
