Hi all, We had a VW Golf and saved a few tires in decent shape before scrapping it. Now we're hoping to unload the tires, too, since we're probably not getting another car that these tires will fit any time soon. Kumho 732 Touring PlusP185/60 R14 82T BCT JA55 Sport Radial185/60 R14 8ZH $20 each. Both are on VW rims. We also have a spare...$15. [Highland Park] Green car racing down Winterton St

Does anyone know anything about a green Subaru that has been racing down Winterton street around 6pm last Sunday? It looks like two teenagers. I don't think it was the first time either. We have many children on our street. If you know who these kids are, I encourage you to talk to them about the dangers of joyriding down such a small and active street, let along any other road. Dear Neighbors, Please consider supporting the Allderdice Crew Team! My son Zack is a 9th grader in the Allderdice pre-engineering magnet program and is a member of the crew team. Rowing has been such a wonderful experience for him, physically and emotionally. Crew is a club sport at Allderdice, which means it is not school-sponsored, so we need to fundraise. Rowing is a great opportunity for our city kids to take advantage of what our rivers have to offer, so we'd be happy to talk to any interested students/parents. OPPORTUNITIES TO SUPPORT THE ALLDERDICE CREW TEAM: 1. Make a donation to: OAR (Organization of Allderdice Rowers. I can arrange to pick up your check and provide you with a receipt for your tax records. 2. Local business owners may donate a good or service (a gift certificate, gift basket, etc.) to be auctioned off at our fundraising event in June. This is a great way to publicize a new or small business!! 3. Purchase a ticket to attend our June 2nd fundraising event: WHEN: Saturday, June 2 at 7:30 pm we will be hosting an adults-only Comedy Night called "Laugh Your Oars Off" WHERE: Mullen's Bar, 200 Federal St., on the North Shore across from PNC Park.
