can anyone recommend a plumber equipped to snake downspouts and drains who is reasonable? My gutter overflows in heavy rain, and the gutter person suggested this as a first step in resolving problem. Irina

Hello Members, I am in search of a 4 to 5 bedroom home to rent in the area at a reasonable cost. My landlord put my house up for sale which is a blessing because he is allowing me out of my lease early. I have wonderful references including him. I have my own cleaning business and I am looking for a home to rent long term. I don't mind living in Stanton Heights, Bloomfield, Highland Park would be my first pick. I grew up in the neighborhood all my life. I am in search for immediate transition or as soon as possible. I am looking for an interesting speaker for a small group of young women approximately ages 19-22. I am open to subjects but thought perhaps a short talk on stress management or something health related might be interesting for them. It would be great if someone could speak for about 20 minutes. I would like to have this speaker at a meeting that will probably on a Sunday afternoon in late March. If you are someone with knowledge to share in this area, or another area that may be interesting for this age group, and you are willing to do a short talk, it would be a great addition to our meeting. Hello again, As a follow-up to my last email about Ambit Energy's wind-powered energy supply, another neighbor has told me about Citizen Power's "Green Eagle Green Energy Collaborative" plan. It appears to be lower than what we found from Ambit (Green Eagle: 7.1 cents/kwh for 12-month contract; cheaper for longer contracts), so you might want to consider this option too. I am not well-versed with the details of this plan/company (again - suggestion from another neighbor), so please read the details thoroughly yourself to make sure you're getting what you expect. The plan I'm talking about can be found at the very bottom of this page (second table): http://citizenpower.com/GEC/saveDuquesne.html Also note that the first table is a little deceiving: I believe the column titled "Price (per kWh)" is the LOWEST price that that company offers, NOT necessarily that associated w/ green energy. Also, the first table lists other companies w/ green options, so this helps you know where to look if you want to compare a few.
