[Highland Park] Start the New Year right with Pilates!

Get 2013 off to a good start with mat Pilates at Golden Thread Studio in East Liberty! Two 5 week courses (6:30am on Mondays and 6:30am on Thursdays) are starting on January 7th. A strong core helps you to have a strong and stable body and this 5 week series will focus on the basics and fundamentals of mat Pilates including core engagement, breathing, shoulder stabilization, and spinal flexion and extension. Pilates is beneficial for everyone, whatever sport you practice, and is also a nice compliment to yoga. Though we will be focusing on fundamentals, this class is appropriate for beginners and more experienced students alike. Drop in rate is $20/class, or you can purchase the 5 week series (for either Monday or Thursday mornings) for $75. So that I can give everyone a personalized experience class size is limited to 6 people, so let me know ASAP if you are interested.
