Hello Neighbors, Tonight is first Monday Jazz night at Park Bruges, featuring our house band Slide Worldwide. Doors open at 6:30pm and the band starts playing from 7:30-10pm. There is a $5 cover at door. We will be featuring a special club menu and $1 off all Oktoberfest beers. Hope to see you all tonight.

We're looking to have someone take a look at the mudroom on the back of our house, which is gradually tilting outwards; and also, to establish a laundry room on our second floor. Wow! Just wanted to thanks for all the interest that I received about the screening I'm hosting of The Biggest Story Problem tonight (Monday, 10/1)! We have received quite a few RSVPs, and the studio will be more then half-filled -- but, that being said, half-full means there are still some seats available! If you didn't RSVP but are interested in seeing the film, feel free to join us (6-8 pm, The Alloy Studios, 5530 Penn Avenue in Friendship/Garfield, free event/donations welcome).
