I have lived in Highland Park for 20 years and was just turned on to this amazing ³community service listing². I am the owner of SEEDS Green Printing and Design (an environmental print and design company) It has been a dream of mine for years to create and live in a supportive sustainable community and now I come to discover I do... and here I was thinking I needed to move to ³Maine². [Highland Park] Yoga and massage...at the same time

A new form of yoga practice is developing in Pittsburgh, Yin Yogassage. Yin Yogassage is a blend of a 2 hour yin yoga practice with massage. Similar to a traditional Yin Yoga practice, students will be holding a series of seated and reclining poses for longer periods of time. The goal is to gradually ease into the poses while allowing muscles to relax and the energy to release in the deep connective tissue of the hips, spine and shoulders. While in the poses, students will be receiving massage from a massage therapist, helping them release stress and tension held in the body as well as inviting them to move deeper into the poses. The practice is very quieting and grounding, allowing for a reflective, meditative experience. Class size is limited to only six students so that everyone receives personal attention during the practice. [Highland Park] Computers: is it possbile to scan...

I thought that maybe the computer wizzes out there might be able to answer a question for me: Is it possible to take a sheet of paper with hand-written content and scan it into the computer and have it end up in type-face? In other words, if you had say, hand-written letters that you wanted to publish as a book, rather than type them in, could you scan them in but have them appear type-written? I doubt that the technology has advanced this far but I thought it was worth asking. Many thanks. --
