Hi Neighbors! We are considering re-painting the exterior brick, trim, and foundation of our (sort-of) American Four-Square style brick house. It was painted long ago in its historied life and it looks terrible now! We look to you for guidance on three questions.... (1) have you done this sort large-scale exterior brick painting project? (2) if you can share, approximately how much did it cost you? (3) who do you recommend (or not recommend)? Many thanks in advance!

When it rains it pours: Our toilet broke I NEED A PLUMBER Our car is rusting out I NEED CHEAP AUTOBODY work to pass inspection ,And we must get our pipes inspected from a LICENSED CONTRACTOR for asbestos. We live on the corner of Heberton/Jackson streets, and we found a small blue pack, slightly bigger than a fanny pack (approximately 8x8 inches) that had been discarded in our hedges. all, i have a very big house that has 3 apartments. currently i have one large boiler supplying hot water radiators for entire house. i am considering splitting the service to have 3 boilers that make use of existing radiators. does anyone have expierinece in doing this? can anyone recommend a heating contractor who would be able to do this kind of work. thanks, charles
