Hi, We have a plastic storage closet that we no longer need. The attached pix shows it put together. As it stands now, we have, for the most part, taken it apart for ease in moving. The whole unit just snaps together. No screws or nails. The unit measures some 25" wide, 16" deep and approximately six feet high. There are 3 shelves. Beautiful case, turn of the century Esty pump organ for sale. We bought it in GA for 400.00 from an antique dealer, but will take best offer. You carry. A tinkering, crafty person could get it up and working well or it can be converted to a desk. Have to make room for a big organ for lessons and practice. BTY, I teach piano and soon will teach organ. in my home on Jackson St. I've been teaching for over 40 years and have been in music ministry all over the country. CDs and references available. [Highland Park] 3 br./ 1 ba. house for sale

Hi All, We are preparing to list our HP home for sale, but wanted to post it to the listserve in case anyone was househunting and might be interested. We have a 3br 1ba +garage near the Farmhouse playground that is completely restored/ rejuvenated with high quality materials from top to bottom. We have -among other things: - completed a new kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances (complete tear out and rebuild), - replaced the roof, - added new insulation and attic decking for storage, - replaced 14 windows with Pella Architect Series windows, - refinished the hardwood floors, - refinished all of the plaster walls and ceilings, - renovated the bathroom (a complete tear out and rebuild), - put in a new furnace and central air condenser (both of which are sized to accommodate an addition if a buyer would so desire), - added new siding, new garage door, new glass block windows and a new exterior door in the basement, and restored or upgraded the interior light fixtures, and replaced and upgraded the electric wiring. It has a nice, long back yard and a flat front yard and great neighbors. Plus, we've done all the work for you... you can move in and do nothing. Shoot me an email if you're in the market.
