Hi All, We are preparing to list our HP home for sale, but wanted to post it to the listserve in case anyone was househunting and might be interested. We have a 3br 1ba +garage near the Farmhouse playground that is completely restored/ rejuvenated with high quality materials from top to bottom. We have -among other things: - completed a new kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances (complete tear out and rebuild), - replaced the roof, - added new insulation and attic decking for storage, - replaced 14 windows with Pella Architect Series windows, - refinished the hardwood floors, - refinished all of the plaster walls and ceilings, - renovated the bathroom (a complete tear out and rebuild), - put in a new furnace and central air condenser (both of which are sized to accommodate an addition if a buyer would so desire), - added new siding, new garage door, new glass block windows and a new exterior door in the basement, and restored or upgraded the interior light fixtures, and replaced and upgraded the electric wiring.
