Parking is available in the lot directly behind the building, and the doorbell entrance is on the Sheridan Avenue side. } YOGA FOR STRESS MANAGEMENT: Every Thursday, 9:30-10:45 am. $12 drop-in, or 10 classes for $100 This practice is designed to restore the nervous system and help release deeply held tensions from the body, breath, and mind. Through a combination of gentle stretches, restorative postures, breathing (pranayama), deep relaxation, and meditation, we gently melt stress away. This all levels class is appropriate for every body, including seniors, in addition to students who simply prefer to move at a slower pace. Individualized instruction and modifications are given to accommodate students with chronic symptoms such as muscle or joint pain, stiffness, weakness, or fatigue.
