Dear Neighbors, >The day before Halloween, remember to bring your kids to the annual Halloween costume parade and contest at the Highland Park fountain. We chose to host the parade on Oct. 30 to allow for maximum trick or treating time as Halloween falls on a school night. > > > >Sunday, October 30 from 3 p.m. until about 4 p.m. > > >RAIN OR SHINE!! >The kids will show off their costumes while parading around the fountain and parents can take photos. Over the past several months I've used this listserve to reach out for help in a variety of ways and I've never been disappointed. I've asked about everything from teaching abroad to where to deposit my cat who just couldn't keep it in the box. ( she's on a farm in new castle btw) I've looked for running buddies and bambinos to babysit. Most recently I inquired about nutritional services and, of course, was not disappointed. I just wanted to say thanks! Patti ps I discovered I really don't like running but I love yoga and walking. Anyone is welcome to join me for either.
