I am interested in flipping a particular house in HP. The house is located on corner of Stanton and Sheridan. There is amazing potential for boarded up homes over there with the upcoming gentrification of the neighborhood. I recently bought my home close by and am looking to add value to the neighborhood. I am a young hard working guy that would really enjoy fixing up an old house and I can provide some funding. My house has already been restored so I am looking to do this as a hobby.

I have a pink papasan couch up for grabs...not just a chair, it's a double sized one! It's a bit dusty, and has some water marks on it...but we have had it, indoors, for 14 years with no pets, no kids, no shoes. It would make a perfect seating for a rec room, screened in patio, finished basement, etc. It's very comfortable (I called it my "nest"!) but we have elected to use the space for a spare bed, so it must go! Hope I didn't miss other suggestions. Another one Jim Pardini 412-882-4678 412-381 4104 "We had exceptional service from Jim Pardini a while ago. He came out to check our dishwasher & told us it was recalled that we shouldn't repair it. Had him install replacement. Footnote on Bob Shipko- He charged us $123 for about three hours work including a new part and made two calls on two different days. A very reasonable price, I think. Very knowledgeable-let my husband help which thrilled him; Liz
