Hi, I will be moving to Pgh this summer and am hoping to find an apartment to rent in the area. First let me say I have a dog....a very well mannered, quiet, medium sized dog- I am sure you have heard that before but he really is....honest.... I am looking for 2-3 bedrooms, good condition, lots of window light and washer/dryer facilities within the building if not in the apartment itself ( I don't want to have to go outside to do the laundry). I work at the Nuin Center in Highland Park and am currently commuting, so I am familiar with the area and look forward to living there. It's for a great cause: the preservation and permanent illumination of these highly rare and unusual murals by Maxo Vanka. The murals are a true Pittsburgh treasure and worth preserving for posterity.
