Well a couple things have disappeared (the PS2 Steering Wheel, for one), but there is still a lot available. The armiore is New Additions: White Bathroom Vanity - In very good condition. Has two drawers and lots of storage under the sink. No top. Ikea Dresser (3 Drawers - White) - Probably about 4 ft wide and 2.5 ft tall. Drawers work well. Older Singer Sewing Machine - Probably needs service but is mostly working. Rugged Carrying Case - probably good for traveling with a laptop or other electronic equipment. Still there: Large TV Armoire - it needs a little TLC because it fell apart when we were moving it, but it is a nice, heavy piece of furniture that just needs a few angle brackets to shore it up. I think it will fit at least a 30 inch TV and has space for a VCR, DVD, cable box, games system, etc. sound plus storage for tapes, DVDs, etc. Side Table - about 4 ft long, 1.5 ft wide and 3 ft tall. It has been painted but could be easily stripped and painted again. Large Square Mirror - dark wood finish, few scuffs, but nice Dresser Mirror - with hardware that might help you attach it to your dresser. Has an ornate top. 15" PC Monitor - good for a kids computer. Playstation 2 Steering Wheel and Pedals Controller - great for playing Gran Turismo or your favorite racing game on your PS2. That's all I can think of. There will probably be more as we continue to "de-junk" this weekend. Hi All, I have a lovely 2 bedroom 2nd floor Apt across the street from the HPCC beautifully rehabbed homes. It features an eat-in kitchen with ceramic floors, oak cabinets, and a porcelain counter- Must See! Appliances include the normal range & refrig, but ALSO a Dishwasher, garb. disposal AND an IN-UNIT washer & dryer! The LR features white berber, and a built in bookcase. All the windows are newer wood thermopane. It has a high efficiency gas forced air furnace, its own hot water tank, and all new wiring on ciruit breakers. Both bedrooms have generous closet space. The bathroom is the original with White Tile & pedestal sink, but has been properly updated to include a shower, better lighting & a GFI outlet. Finally, there is a completely fenced-in yard shared by the 3 units. Please note, if you ride by, be aware I'm batteling the weather to complete a full "Painted Lady" restoration of the exterior; my current focus is the front porch. You'll notice the 2nd floor exterior is complete, and the 3rd remains to be done, (this summer's project). Bottom Line- Don't judge the book by its' cover! Very Nice. $589 + electric & gas.
