A few months ago I purchased a used Thermos "Grill to Go" from a neighbor in Highland Park, but would like to get rid of it now. It is propane fueled, priced at $150 new on Amazon.com. It has a cover with it, but no propane tank. I recently acquired a charcoal grill, therefore do not want the Thermos. I have never used it, and it was used very little before I purchased it, so it is in very good shape. The Thermos grill is not a charcoal grill, but like a griddle. [Highland Park] Need help with two problems

Hi, I need help trying to resolve two problems with my relatively new neighbors: 1. My neighbors recently put up a fence. By my survey, it's on my property. By theirs, it's not. How does one get this resolved? Who decides which, if either, survey is "correct"? What is the correct procedure for getting this resolved? I've talked with the neighbors and they are co-operative, but we don't know what to do. 2. The same neighbor also installed a gigantic air conditioning unit in the front yard. I can live with the fact that this is an ugly addition to our block, but I can't live with the amount of noise it makes. I can no longer sit on my porch, which till now has been my morning haven, because the noise is so, so loud - it sounds like you are sitting on an aircraft carrier or in the engine of a 747. Are there any City regulations about this? Is there anything I can do? Is there a way of quieting this machine? I have not yet approached the neighbor about this problem. I wanted first to find out my rights and possible solutions. Does anybody know how to resolve this one? I will be grateful for any help or suggestions on these. Thanks. Claudette

Hi All- This is our favorite time of year - Summer! Besides our obvious passions of coffee, espresso and you guys (and wine) - it's almost time for the Tour de France. As you know, every year we have a huge celebration of the event that conveniently falls on Bastille Day. The race begins July 1, 2006 and will last for 3 weeks. Greetings Neighbors, Is there anyone out there that will be selling a Tag a Long Bike for the HPCC yard sale? I would be vary interested in purchasing one. Also, looking for a set of bunk beds, or a trundle bed.
