Awhile back, plans that we had made for international travel were scrapped due to political unrest in Israel. These plans included two purchased Continental Airline tickets. We were able to obtain two Electronic Travel Certificates instead, each with a face value of $760.19. These Travel Certificates are transferrable, and we are willing to part with them for $646.00 each (a 15% discount for you). These vouchers are good for any domestic or international flights on Continental Airlines. Each certificate may be redeemed for credit up to its face amount only towards the purchase of ONE roundtrip flight for ONE person. If the face amount of this certificate exceeds the cost of the travel for which it is surrendered, you will not receive any credit in return. This certificate must be ticketed by March 26, 2007. Which means you have over four months to figure out where you want to travel to and the trip can take place up to a year later (March 26, 2008). This certificate is just like cash money with the airline. There are no blackout dates. The certificate will not be honored with prepaid tickets, tour packages or the purchase of non-transportation documents or items. It has no cash value. [Highland Park] how to resolve property line disputes?

Hi, When we bought our house two years ago, we had an official survey made that shows our property extending about six feet beyond our back yard garage. We recently discovered a neighbor was doing construction in this space, and he claims he has a survey showing it is his. We tried talking to him to no avail. Does anyone have experience resolving property line disputes? I'm guessing I will need a lawyer's involvement. Assuming so, does anyone have any recommendations? Thanks so much, Sue

Duane started his work at the Union Project in early 2005 as a volunteer through Pittsburgh Singles Volunteer Network, and quickly jumped on board to assist long term in the renovation of the Union Project facility. Duane’s energy and creative expertise in building projects has been an enormous boost to the growth of the Union Project’s volunteer program. Duane has helped to coordinate the work of over 1,000 volunteers and more than 7,000 hours of volunteer work since he started at Union Project last year. He has led the exterior landscaping, great hall and basement renovations at the Union Project. Duane is resigning his position with Union Project to take on a new position with Help For Families in New Orleans, Louisiana. Duane will be taking what he has learned at Union Project, and his expertise in leading large groups of unskilled volunteers to help rebuild the city of New Orleans as the Director of Community Development for Help For Families. With the completion of the Union Project construction at hand, the Union Project is working to expand volunteer activities into the broader community. Already, the Union Project has engaged volunteers in community development efforts in Highland Park, and has plans to connect volunteers to an effort to rehabilitate eight houses for low-income families in East Liberty in 2007. As well, the potential for taking on additional properties and projects like the Union Project is being explored. Union Project patrons interested in booking volunteer projects are still encouraged to do so. Hi, I do some work at a women's shelter in a neighboring county. Recently, a woman from Eritrea came to the shelter. She speaks very little English, but she can speak Arabic and Sudanese (and, I assume, one of the Eritrean languages). We are trying to find someone who would be willing to speak with her and help us determine her needs and her options. If you, or someone you know, can speak Arabic or Sudanese and would be willing to spend a few hours with her/us, we would be very grateful.
