Hello Neighbors! Please join us for the April Community Meeting of the Highland Park Community Council, which will be held next Thursday, April 19th, at 7pm at St. Andrews. Our newly-elected Magisterial District Judge Mik Pappas will join us to give an overview of his office and the role of the District Court in the justice system, and Kelsey Salerno of NeighborWorks Western Pennsylvania will give a presentation on credit counseling and first-time home-buyer services offered by her organization.
