Such spam mailings may specifically mention your name, a mortgage ID number, and a phone number for contact. Below is an example: Please be advised that the mentioned spam mailings are not endorsed by the URA, and they have been sent using publicly available information. No action is required regarding your mortgage unless authorized URA communications have specifically requested it. Authorized URA mailings will always include official letterhead and will only be sent from the URA offices located at 412 Boulevard of the Allies, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15219 (the “URA Mailing Address”). If you have any further concerns regarding spam or the status of your mortgage, please do not hesitate to contact a URA staff member.
