I will be renting out one furnished bedroom in my duplex on Jackson St. as of Dec. 1; move in and out dates are somewhat flexible, though. New kitchen with gas stove, great counter and cabinet space and dishwasher. House has 3 bedrooms, and is occupied by me and one occasional tenant; third bedroom is a tv/exercise room. Basement with storage and use of (free) washer and dryer. I have a small, friendly dog, so subletter should enjoy them. Lots of street parking. Bath is new but shared. Monthly rent of $650 includes furnished room (bed, bedside table, desk, lamp, etc. + linens, if wanted), all utilities, cable, wifi, Netflix/Hulu and shared household and cleaning supplies. Quiet house occupied by a female professional; no smoking inside; no partying, heavy drinking or drug use permitted on premises. International students are welcome and appreciated...former housemates are from Mexico, Germany, France...I speak Spanish and have lived/worked in Latin America, Europe and Asia. Photos by request.
