Hello neighbors, I live in the 5500 block of Hampton St, just off of Negley Ave N. The past few months I've started finding stickers stuck to my car (parked on the street). The first few stickers peeled off nicely without leaving residue or paper behind, but lately the vandals have started using stickers that don't come off very well, and leave sticky residue and paper behind. Sometimes random pieces of paper (junk mail, newsprint, coloring book pages, etc) are also stuck beneath our windshield wipers. It doesn't happen every single night, but usually a couple times per week. Has anyone in the area experienced anything like this? Think I should contact the police, just to let them know what's going on? Thanks for your information. -Matthew Beckler Hampton and Negley
