Hi neighbors, let us know if you know of anyone (or are someone!) who would be interested in the post below for our family, thanks!: Seeking a loving and reliable part-time after-school nanny/house manager to start around April. We are a working professional household with a 3.5 year old daughter in preschool and 6 year old son in kindergarten. Looking for someone to do household management tasks, pick kids up from school, and spend time with them until we get home from work. Ideal candidate has reliable transportation, feels comfortable transporting kids, is a good multitasker, has excellent references and can make a commitment for at least a year, ideally longer. Reliability, trustworthiness, excellent organization and good communication are musts. Location is Highland Park, hours are M-F from 2 or 3 til 6pm, 15-20 hours per week. Pay is competitive and negotiable based on experience. House management includes light cleaning, laundry, dishes, occasional grocery shopping/errands, and meal prep. Room to increase hours for additional tasks. We have busy and demanding jobs, but are kind, open, fun-spirited and respectful of our nanny's time and needs.
