Commander Vinansky of Zone 5 responded to my post from the other day. I thank him for reaching out to me and the community. I also would like to thank the several HP residents who offered support and information. Because I'm prohibited from disseminating the correspondence directly (a legal thing), I'll summarize. 1. Recruits have been receiving training on the course from morning til early evening. This week the noise was a little more than usual due to the equipment they were using. 2. Because of COVID-19, they've had to adjust the schedule to ensure the recruits receive their training in a timely fashion. 3. Recruits' training will be over next week, so things should quiet down afterwards. 4. He also apologized for the lack of communication and will offer more effective communication going forward.
