This is a four story Hofco dollhouse and it's a seriously huge and amazingly well built. it's a Victorian though I don't remember which type or number. It is unfinished though wired for electricity. My dad and I built this in the 1980's, after years of my kids playing with it, it has damage to some of the exterior details. It is designed to sit against a wall and the sides and front have opening panels. I have a good bit of material to finish the house, windows, stairs, handrails, wallpaper, and some furniture, etc... This is a true home renovation if someone is interested. We have invested at least $1500 in this over the years but are asking $500 or best offer.
