I've lived here since 2011 and my roommate just moved out. The lease begins Sept 1.  What I'm looking for in a roommate: This person must like Pittsburgh sports, be trustworthy and responsible, clean, and have a steady job. About the unit 2 bedrooms (one is mine), 1 large bathroom. On the top (3rd) floor of big old house that is split into multiple private apts. Over 1,500 sq.ft. Wood floor in living room and hallway. Wall to wall carpet in large 2 bedrooms. Eat-in kitchen, huge utility closet, and pay laundry in the basement. I have it fully furnished-- no need to bring anything other than for your bedroom, unless you'd like to. No pet and non-smoking policy.
