Hello Neighbors, The HPCC hopes everyone is doing well during these challenging times. We encourage everyone to follow social distancing guidelines and limit trips out of the house as much as possible (except for enjoying the great outdoors at a safe distance from others). Fortunately we are a strong community with many resources! *HPCC website (hpccpgh.com <http://hpccpgh.com>), Covid 19 tab:* We are regularly updating the information and resources provided here. Topics include: - Updates on state/county/city services - Health resources - Social distancing & things to do - Resources for parents - Assistance & Community Resources - Ways to help in the community *Highland Park Helping Hands (Coronavirus Response) - Facebook page: * This page links neighbors in need with those who can help. People have already been sharing resources and providing much-needed moral support and community connection. Knowing not everyone is on Facebook, we encourage those who are to connect with neighbors who may not be and post for them. *The HPCC is planning some new - and safe! - community events: * Look for information soon on the upcoming *Spring Paper Egg Hunt *and *Sidewalk Chalk-a-Palooza*. Our traditional Spring and early Summer events, including community meetings, the Spring Fling, and the Yard Sale & Bryant Street Festival may be postponed or cancelled. We will be making decisions about those events in the upcoming weeks as we see how things progress. Finally, many of *our Highland Park restaurants* are still open for take-out service. Our businesses and their employees are an important part of our community and we encourage people to continue to support them if they can. Thanks for being a part of the community!
