Dear Highland Park Neighbors: Please bring your kids to a HALLOWEEN COSTUME PARADE AND PARTY Friday, October 31st, from 7:30 - 9:00 pm (after trick or treat) at St. Andrew's church After trick or treating ends at 7:30 pm, find the Umoja drummers who will be waiting for you in the neighborhood & parade with us to St. Andrew's, starting from: Corner of Negley &Wellesley Corner of Jackson & Heberton, toward Highland Ave We'll be giving out glow in the dark necklaces to wear and whistles to blow in the parade!! At St. Andrew's, we will have a costume contest, scary organ music, a chance to climb up the bell tower to ring the bell, a crawl behind the organ pipes, ghost stories & a magic show by Strike-o the Great! Prizes awarded for the best costumes! Hot cider & snacks will be provided. Teenagers are welcome! Get ready for the Highland Park kids Halloween photo!
