I have a friend who likes the Highland park/Bloomfield/ Friendship / Stanton heights area and is looking for an efficiency apt with all utilities included. Beginning occupancy early to late January. Would prefer month to month but would be willing to sign a lease for a minimum 6 months for the right place while looking for the right place to buy. Appliances included in apt.
