Hello neighbors, Has anyone here had to use a company to come in and assess the presence of/severity of black mold? We have a need for this in our rental property, but I worry that someone may tell me a problem is worse than it is! If anyone has worked with a company or individual that they found to be trustworthy, I'd appreciate knowing who that is! Thanks much, Susan
