Each class has a different theme with a new adventure for us to stretch, hop, balance and problem solve our way through. This is a fun approach to exercise that gets everybody (kids and grown-ups alike) moving and being silly. At the end of every class we stamp our passports and brainstorm for the next week's adventure. Yoga mats are not needed for this class, however participants should dress in comfortable clothing and bring water to drink.
