Internationally renowned pianist Eugene Alcalay will be in recital at St. Andrew's Church, Pittsburgh, on Thursday evening, April 24, at 7:30 p.m. He will be playing works by Beethoven, Liszt, Schubert, and Shostakovich. A reception will follow. The evening is offered in memory of Linda Fischer, longtime member of the PSO and friend of St. Andrew's and may in our wider community. Suggested donation is $10 (students free with ID), and all proceeds are dedicated to the St. Andrew's Organ Fund, as we gather resources for needed repairs and renewal of our historic Skinner pipe organ. Additional contributions to the Organ Fund are received at any time with great appreciation.
