Dear Neighbors, Please consider being diligent in shoveling snow from your walks this winter. If you shovel regularly, you will not need to use salt; salt is really painful on paws! It is not just about your convenience; shoveling helps the school children and their parents, our elderly neighbors who do not navigate deep snow and ice well, and our hardworking mail carriers. If you see that a neighbor has not been able to clear their walk, please consider sharing the blessing of your health and strength not just to help your neighbor but mostly to help those of us who use our community sidewalks. Shoveling a great exercise and it is fun to meet your neighbors while you are out there in this beautiful snow! Thank-you! O Lord, you will hear the desire of the meek; you will strengthen their heart, you will incline your ear to do justice for the orphan and the oppressed, so that those from earth may strike terror no more.
