*IMPORTANT INFORMATION* ---------- Forwarded message --------- From: Mora McLaughlin <MMcLaughlin@pgh2o.com> Date: Fri, May 19, 2023 at 10:11 AM Subject: Mellon St. Closure To: District7 <district7@pittsburghpa.gov>, Deborah Gross < deborah.gross@pittsburghpa.gov>, hpccpgh@gmail.com <hpccpgh@gmail.com> Hello, I wanted to make you aware of phase II of traffic closure for the Highland Park Pump Station Project, which will begin Tuesday, the 23rd until approximately June 15th. This is to continue to build large-diameter water main along Mellon Street. Letters have been sent to the surrounding streets, about 100 residences, to let them know of the updated traffic pattern. I've attached the letter here. They will also receive reminder robocalls this weekend. We will work directly with the Highland House to move traffic in and out of their parking lot as that is their only access point. The traffic closure on Mellon Terrace will remain. I apologize for the short notice, DOMI approved our permit to proceed mid-week and I moved as quickly as I could to notify residents.
