These plans will guide how the City allocates Federal funding across our communities. Federal funds to be allocated include programs such as Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership (HOME), Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG), and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA). As part of the planning process, the City of Pittsburgh is sending out this questionnaire to obtain input from citizens on the needs of the City and to compile ideas that the residents would like to see funded under the CDBG, HOME, ESG, HOPWA Programs.
