Hi neighbors, my friends were out for a walk this Friday afternoon and they found a male pug roaming the streets at Stanton and Negley. Attached is a photo. He is sweet as can be... still young, but not a puppy. It doesn't seem that he is neutered. He has a sparkly bone charm on his oversized collar, but no tags and when they took him to the vet, he didn't have a chip. We're housing him in the meantime.
