MARK YOUR CALENDARS !!!!!!! The long awaited Pittsburgh City Council Public Hearing about the proposed electronic billboard ordinance is scheduled for 1:30 PM, September 27 in City Council Chambers. This is your chance to tell City Council exactly how you feel about billboards in our most-livable city. To speak at a City Council Public Hearing you must contact the City Clerk at 412-255-2138. Testimony is limited to three (3) minutes. If you do not register in advance, you can address Council after the list of registered speakers has been exhausted. Speakers are taken in the order they register so call soon to testify early in what will be a long day.
