I called Robert Higgs for an estimate to paint our house leaving our address. He called back asking for the address and said he would call to set up a time to come over. He called again asking for the address and showed up days later unannounced just as we were leaving. He walked around and said he would email an estimate. He never did. He seems generally disorganized and a little heavy on the sales pitch with little follow up. I think he is better suited to smaller jobs. I am still looking. It has been very difficult to get anyone to submit a written detailed quote indicating what is to be done and the cost. David
