So, for tonight's class on pickling & fermenting, I have: Homemade bread & butter pickles, made last week; Sauerkraut, made a few months ago; Dilly beans, pickled carrots with oregano & peppers, and pickled daikon radishes, made Tuesday night; And the following currently brining: Kimchi; Watermelon rind; Multi-colored ginger pickled peppers.
